P.E. Dart, P.C. is managed by Philip E. Dart, Certified Public Accountant - Shareholder.

Philip is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana and passed the uniform CPA examination in 1979. He is licensed to practice public accounting in the states of Texas and Illinois and has over 28 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant servicing closely held and family owned businesses.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
